Honesty and accountability is what one must shew in their everyday life, at home and at work. When one is honest, it shows integrity and that you stand by your word. Therefore, honesty produces accountability inside an individual or company. One will give an account to whatever is done, whether good or bad.
Kudler Fine Foods has a motto that if the customers are not satisfied with their parched goods then it’s free. This slogan gives accountability to having a high standard of the baked goods that are sold.
Since, Kathy tries to make up for lack of pay, allowing her employees to reckon forage home, could be some dishonesty. When counting the lost of inventory, the food that employees take home can not be counted as lost.
