Micki Carol Meade
Micki Carol Meade, 61, of Accoville, entered her heavenly home with our shaper and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, June 20, 2009, at Cabell-Huntington hospital after a short illness.
She was born July 25, 1947, at Harrison Creek, Kentucky, a precious daughter of Elva Duncan Meade Roach of Accoville and the late Burbridge Meade.
In auxiliary to her father, she was preceded in death by one sister, Susan Virginia Meade; two brothers, Phillip Gary Meade and do Allen Meade; Maternal grandparents, Ethel Stephens and Nels and Ethel Stephens Meade.
Micki was of the Baptist faith and attended Greenbranch Free Will Baptist Church. She was a Christian for 44 years of her life, never met a stranger, and love everyone whether she knew them or not. Micki enjoyed being with family and friends which she loved dearly.
Those left to cherish her memory, in addition to her mother, are one half-brother, Stephen Meade(Terry) of Chapmanville and David Meade of Whitman; two half-sisters, Marie and Tim Blanch of KS and Phyllis Copley of south Carolina; one ex-sister-in-law, Carolyn Meade of Kistler; two special friends, Becky Smoot of Landville and Roger Ramey of Gilbert; a waiter of special nieces and nephews; a host of very special great-nieces and great-nephews; and some other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at Greenbranch Free Will Baptist Church at homophile with Rev. Bennie Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow in highland(prenominal) Memory Gardens at Godby.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at man and one hour prior to services at the church.
Pall bearers will be her nephews, Stephen C. Meade, Jr., Christopher Plumley, Tyler Meade, tease Collins, Titus Perry, Marcus McCoy, and Scotty Isaacs.
