This book was also an attention grabber by the page poem it had. I was looking for a thick book with many page numbers instead of a small book with only a few. So, in that case I Never Promised You A Rose Garden was a good book since it had 300 pages.

        The author, Hannah Green, is authentically Joanne Greenberg. Her writing name is Hannah Green and she is known for all her whole kit under that name as well.
