SPC Jones was the maintainer for the vehicle that received Best M998 of the Quarter in the company for three consecutive quarters.
SPC Jones qualified sharpshooter on the M2 .50 caliber machine gun and the M249 Squad Automatic Weapon. He also qualified expert with his assigned weapon of the M4, as well as the M240B.
SPC Jones received the raiting of Exceeds Standards in all palm of the command inspection, to include the additional duty of Equal opportunity Represenitive.
SPC Jones served as the NCOIC for the Battalion Ammunition Supply Point for the M2 range. SPC Jones was today responsible for all aspects of the supply point to include: ammunition pickup, operations, saftey, and organization.
For exceptional service while assigned as a team member of Bravo Team, 2nd Squad, 1st Platoon, C Company. SPC Jones leadership and selfless devotion to duty enhanced practicable support and ensured mission accomplishment. His professionalizm reflects great credit upon himself, the 26th Infantry Regiment, and the United States Army.
