Inteculutral Experience

I was born in a small metropolis in Hong Kong and my pargonnts raised me as a Chinese. This is part of who I am because in a certain way I am petty(a) shy and maybe a little quiet in certain aspects like small metropolis people sometimes are. At least this is my perspective, small urban center people are non necessarily like me, this is me and who I am. I was moving to Canada when I was eighteen years mature with my family. My experience in Canada was not easy. When I first move to Canada, the feeling that I had is really strange. This is because I am not used to live in a new milieu .This place seemed so wild, so extreme and very distinguishable from Hong Kong which is busy and crowed .I had never felt so far from ingleside but I loved it. Being Chinese in Canada is not an easy situation because I need to conciliate a new language and culture. Unlike most Asiatic families, I did not learn English through my parents. They believed that I would hustle up better English if I versed it through television and through school. They did not requirement me to pick up their accents. I do not feel that my peers are ignoring me due to my ethnicity. I feel that I am veritable by the others in my class, and treated the way that I am expected to be treated.




Right now I am a second year at student in the art department doing an economic program in Douglas College. I am hoping that I can transfer to S.F.U in following semester to do my economic bachelor degree. Besides that, I am also a personal banking representative in C.I.B.C. In the future, I would like to peruse my career goal in the financial areas. My role in my family is being a right-hand(a) brother. I have a younger sister who is sixteen. My mummy has always raised us and my dad has hardly taken part in our lives, he doesnt live with us and hasnt for years. For that reason, I have a responsibility to take a intimately care of my sister.
