Final Project: A New House-Decision
I am currently lease a studio apartment with my fiancé. It has worked out fine for mediocre the two of us for several years now, but I just discovered that we argon expecting our first fry so it is now time for or so changes. Our present apartment is downcast and far away from schools and local services. After much consideration, we vex decided that we need to move before the baby is born, save purchasing a headquarters is a huge ending that requires a self-aggrandizing financial commitment. The wrong decision could possibly have serious long-term consequences. Below are some of the things we considered when going through our decision making process more or less whether or not to purchase a new home instead of continuing to rent an apartment.
First, we looked at facing trade-offs. This is the theory that in battle array to get something we like, we may have to award up another thing we like. Obviously, we would be giving up the studio that we have called home for so long in order to purchase a large home to turn on a family.



We last we have to move that we cannot raise our child in a studio apartment, but we also know that we are going to incur more woos link to the baby as well as a larger mortgage payment. One way to help with this is to purchase a home that is bigger than where we are now, but maybe not as big as our dream home. We can drop down for a home that is on the smaller side so that it does not cost as much money. If it doesnt cost as much money our mortgage payment leave alone not be as much so we could use the money save from not buying a large home to help offset the new costs we are going to pick up from raising a child. Also, we delight the location of our apartment. It is far away from e actuallything so we are fazed by the hustle and bustle from everyday life very little.
